A state senate challenger in Northern Virginia came to us polling 12 points behind a two-term incumbent with a 3-to-1 fundraising advantage. The conventional wisdom said to save the money and run again in four years.

We rebuilt the field operation from scratch. 22,000 doors knocked, weekly tracking polls to adjust messaging in real time, rapid response to two opposition hits in the final three weeks, and a GOTV program that turned out 4,200 low-propensity voters on Election Day.
